The Assessment Centre’s head office is located
within the campus of West Park Healthcare Centre in Toronto’s
west end, servicing the Greater Toronto Area. We also have
several assessors who conduct assessments within their
own offices, due to specialized equipment requirements.
Their offices, however, are all located within the GTA,
with assessments centrally coordinated by
our staff.
As well, we significantly expanded our geographic service
area in 2006, and provide a full complement of assessment
services at the Ajax, Barrie, Mississauga, and Woodbridge
locations listed above. All referrals are:
- Centrally handled out of our head office by our customer
service-oriented team of Intake Coordinators
- Subject to a consistent level of quality assurance
and service standards our customers have come to expect
over the years
West Park Assessment Centre also has a highly qualified
and experienced team that conducts Attendant Care Needs
Assessments throughout the province of Ontario.
